AT-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING/BOOT CAMPS:
In addition to group training classes, Joe and most of the certified trainers on our staff also train private clients in their own homes. Reserve a trainer for yourself, for you and your spouse, or for you and a friend. Our in-home fitness routines are targeted to be mobile in order to bring fitness to you on your schedule.
The number on the scale can be a helpful gauge of weight loss. However, when you're gaining lean muscle as our program is designed to do, the real story often lies in percentage of fat lost. In addition to measuring your starting body fat percentage, we also offer body measurements so you will know how many inches you lose from your stomach, arms, thighs and more.
CUSTOM MEAL PLANS:
No matter what your goals are, we have a tailored meal plan that will help you reach them. Plus, we also have meal plans to suit most dietary needs: sugar-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, etc. Have certain foods you dislike: Let us filter those items out of your personalized meal plan in order to give you a plan you will LIKE sticking to.
