A: I’ve been ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer for 19 years. I hold 7 fitness certifications and I know what I’m talking about when it comes to what works for you in fitness and weight loss programs.

 

The reason a personal trainer works for many people is very simple: You are being personally coached – monitored, motivated, encouraged – by a true fitness expert.

Q: How can I get started in your Boot Camp?

 

A: Because each Boot Camp is limited to ensure results, there are only two ways you can admitted:

  1. If you have been referred by a current client of mine.

Q: How do I reserve a spot for the next boot camp?

Fill out the web form on the right under the YouTube videos. The Boot Camp registration forms will automatically be sent for you to fill out. The registration forms will clarify why you are indeed a dedicated and motivated weight-loss candidate who is highly likely to succeed in my Boot Camp. Please take a moment to fill out the program registration forms honestly and accurately.

  1. Once you have completely filled out the application form, you must print out a copy to bring with you to your scheduled class. Sorry, we cannot admit you without your printed copy.

  2. Upon receiving your registration forms, our staff will pre-screen it. If you are approved, we will schedule your introductory session. Please do not come without your completed program forms. You will not be admitted.

Q. I've seen other boot camps in the area. What makes your program different?

A. There are several things that seperate us from the other fitness boot camps in Colorado Springs. First, we are a complete group personal training program, not just a class. We will map out a fitness program that is unique to you and your goals and is 100% guaranteed to work for you. We provide the unparalled support you need so you can reach your goals in the shortest amount of time.

Q. I have never done anything like this before, will I make it?

A. Yes, without a doubt. We will take you from where you are physically to the best shape of your life. Whether this is your first time working out or you are just bored with your current program, the encouragement and motivation provided by your personal trainers will help you achieve the fitness and weight loss results you deserve. We are able to modify all of the exercises to best match your fitness level and abilities.

Q. What type of results can I expect?

A. If you are consistent and follow the nutrition guidelines we provide for you, you can expect to lose 2% to 3% bodyfat every 4 weeks. While results vary person to person, most of our clients achieve a weight loss of 7 - 12 pounds every 4 weeks and lose up to 9 inches overall.

A. I will create your boot camp program experience to match your goals. With your commitment and our coaching, instruction, and accountability, you can expect substantial, dramatic, transformational results. We have additional optional nutrition coaching sessions and custom meal plans available for a nominal fee to speed your results.

Q. Can you please tell me more about your guarantee and refund policy?

A. We guarantee you will see visible results from our boot camp program if you adhere to the fitness and nutrition program we provide you, or you are entitled to a full refund of your initial package cost.

In order to receive a refund you must attend all scheduled boot camp sessions within the specified program period, make all make-up sessions, keep a detailed food journal everyday and follow the nutrition program provided for you for the specified program period. You must attend all scheduled fitness assessment sessions and will be refunded in the event you did not see any tangible results based on the results shown from your initial fitness assessment at the conclusion of your fitness program.


No Cash refunds will be issued for any reason. In the event of a medical emergency, a credit will be issued for up to 12 months of the initialtion of your program. You will need to provide written medical documentation of your restrictions.
