Q: What can I expect?

 

A: You Will:

Q: Why does your program work so well?

 

A: The secret behind our boot camp fitness program is an advanced training technique called the muscle confusion principle, which accelerates the results process by constantly introducing new moves and plenty of variety into our routines so your body never plateaus... and you never get bored. Q: What are your qualifications?

 

A: I’ve been ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer for 18 years. I know what I’m talking about when it comes to what works for most women in fitness and weight loss programs.

The reason a personal trainer works for many people is very simple: You are being personally coached – monitored, motivated, encouraged, and guided – by an expert in nutrition, exercise, and (with the most effective trainers) behavior modification. Any trainer can provide you with accountability.

 

Q: Why is this program better than hiring a personal trainer?

 

A: If you want to hire me, or any other reputable personal trainer, you’re going to be paying between $50 to $100 per hour – a minimum of $600 per month. I personally charge $100 per hour, or about $1200 a month.

Is it worth it? Absolutely, if you’re serious about your health and fitness and your quality of life – and if you’ve got the extra $1200 a month to spend. Before you spend your hard-earned money on hiring a personal trainer, ask for proof. A top fitness trainer should be able to do more than just talk about results – he should be able to prove them. If you are planning to invest hundreds of dollars in your health, ask for proof of client results or to see some recent client success stories and references.

 

A trainer who has been in business for some time and really knows his stuff, should be able to show you success stories. Most experienced trainers should have at least a few mind-blowing, life-changing body transformation stories and pictures readily available. If a trainer can’t offer this kind of concrete proof, be careful. A good trainer will no doubt have a track record and a long list of happy clients. The beauty of my Boot Camp is that you’ll get the same kind of coaching for a small fraction of the cost of hiring me or anyone else as a personal trainer.

 

You’ll be motivated, coached and encouraged by experienced personal trainers and master motivators every step of the way as we work together to help you achieve the fitness and weight loss results you deserve.

Q: How can I get started in your Boot Camp?

 

A: Because each Boot Camp is limited to 16 participants, there are only two ways you can admitted:

  1. If you have been referred by a current client of mine.

  2. If you bring your completed Boot Camp registration form to your scheduled consultation.

 

Q: What happens at my fitness consultation?

 

A: At your fitness consultation, I will meet with you to answer any questions you have about my Boot Camp. We will make sure you feel confident that my team and I are the right fit for you and that you are the right kind of student for my Boot Camp. We will take some baseline measurements, your body fat percentage and set some aggressive, yet realistic fitness goals together and map out an action plan to get your body back – fast.

 

Q: How do I reserve a spot for the Pre-Boot Camp Introductory Orientation and assessment?

  1. Fill out the simple Information Form, to send it to us by e-mail. The Boot Camp registration forms will automatically be sent for you to fill out. The registration forms will clarify why you are indeed a dedicated and motivated weight-loss candidate who is highly likely to succeed in my Boot Camp. Please take a moment to fill out the program registration forms honestly and accurately.

  2. Once you have completely filled out the application form, you must print out a copy to bring with you to your scheduled consultation. Sorry, we cannot admit you without your printed copy.

  3. Upon receiving your application by e-mail, our staff will pre-screen it. If your application is approved, we will call you or e-mail you back to invite you to the Saturday morning introductory session. Please do not come without a confirmed reservation and printed application form. You will not be admitted.

Q. I've seen other boot camp classes in the area. What makes your classes different?

A. There are several things that seperate us from the other fitness boot camps in Colorado Springs. First, we are a complete personal training program, not just a class. We provide you with a personal fitness consultation to map out a fitness program that is unique to you and your goals and is 100% guaranteed to work for you. Q. I have never done anything like this before, will I make it?

A. Yes, without a doubt. We will take you from where you are physically to the best shape of your life. Whether this is your first time working out or you are just bored with your current program, the encouragement and motivation provided by your personal trainers will help you achieve the fitness and weight loss results you deserve.

Q. What type of results can I expect?

A. If you are consistent and follow the nutrition guidelines we provide for you, you can expect to lose 2% to 3% bodyfat every 4 weeks. While results vary person to person, most of our clients achieve a weight loss of 4 - 8 pounds every 4 weeks and lose up to 9 inches overall. A. We will spend a considerable amount of time in your consultation determining exactly how aggressive you want to be and then, I will create your boot camp program accordingly.
