Yep, we've gotten a little less active around here, which is sometimes human nature. We get all fired up about new things but then often fall back into old habits. Even if our online message board skills have been a little lacking, LET'S NOT LET THAT CHANGE OUR DEDICATION TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GET HEALTHY!
