I really have terrible eating habits.....to many carbs and fat
I will do better at eating more balanced meals and trying... to stick to the meal plans....

Well you are not the only one!!! That is what has gotten all of us to this point but this is where we can take a stand and get a hold of it! I read two thoughts in this book recently which have helped me a lot with the eating part. When you go to eat somethign that you KNOW is not good for you (and we all do it =] ) ask yourself this:

1. What are the consequences of the choice I am making?
2. Will this choice bring happiness into my life and bring me closer to my goals?

I have these written down and take them with me everywhere. When I read the second question especially it really makes me realize that the five minutes of satisfaction that I will get from eating "that food" will not make me happy overall. This usually works for making up my mind in what to do!! Just remember we are ALL going through the same emotions right now, but you can do it!!
