Chocolate for Fat Loss?

(actual size)Do You Love Chocolate?
Just not what it does to your fat loss efforts, right?
This morning, as we were warming up for a boot camp challenge workout, we were discussing sweet cravings - the temptations that surround us everyday lurking to sabotage our fat loss efforts.
Then, one of our 12-week challenge participants confessed, "Chocolate is my weakness!"
"Believe it or not", I told her, I love chocolate too! Aside from chocolate, there were other "weaknesses" and sweet cravings and temptations the campers admitted to occasionally giving into. Let's see - Twinkies, donuts at the office, you name it.
After all, we are human in spite of the crazy moves we sometimes do at boot camp. If chocolate is one of your pitfalls of reaching your fat loss goals, I have some great news for you. There is a way to enjoy chocolate for fat loss!
As a partner of Nutrilite - the ONLY supplement company I trust, I have been enjoying their out-of-this-world-delicious Chocolate Whey Protein!
I love having the option of a rich and creamy chocolate smoothie to give my clients when they need to satisfy their chocolate fix! And, when you are too busy to sit down for your morning or afternoon snack or are "on-the-go" you can reach for Nutrilite's ready-to-drink Chocolate fudge protein shake.
While I do enjoy the simplicity of throwing my Nutrilite in the blender or into a shaker cup with some ice, sometimes I like to get creative.

I love the chocolate banana smoothies. Using frozen bananas gives them such a nice texture. And if you slice up your bananas before putting them in the freezer, the chop up a lot easier in the blender. Just my little tip! Thanks for sharing the other recipes. Smoothies are my favorite post-workout meal.
