Insult to injury

Well, hopefully no injuries will result, but this exercise of the week will leave your muscles hurting. Grab your exercise buddy, and...

Partner No. 1 performs a wall sit. Get low, feet hip length apart and back straight against the wall. Partner No. 2 then positions their hands on Partner No. 1 knees, feet also hip distance apart and does tricep dips. Again, keep the back straight and close to your partner's knees.

And then of course, switch positions. This is the kind of move that maybe you never thought you could do, would have jaw dropped over it if you saw it elsewhere. But with Joe looking on and the (good variety of) peer pressure, it's truly amazing what the body is capable of. Try this out with a friend or partner, or use a weight or medicine ball to add weight to your wall sit if you're working out solo.
